In this book, we share a scalable model and one way to approach ID for performance-based professional education and workplace learning in organizations.

It’s not the only way, and we certainly don’t claim it to be a panacea.

However, it’s worked great for us and hundreds of our own consulting projects in a variety of organizational settings, for diverse clients and learners. We have developed this approach through using our own evidence-based practices over the past two decades. Our evidence-based practice is grounded in our work histories, research, scholarship, prior educational experiences, and personal journeys.
